All tours will have English speaking guide and will start and end at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel. Lunch is not included on half day tours. The prices are quoted per person including VAT.

Oslo City Hall & Nobel Peace Centre
A guided tour in the City Hall which is richly decorated with paintings and sculptures, and also houses the City Hall Gallery presenting a variety of changing exhibitions. At the Nobel Peace Centre you can experience and learn about the various Peace Prize Laureates and their activities as well as the remarkable history of Alfred Nobel. The Centre combines exhibits and films with digital communication and interactive installations.

City Sightseeing & Walking tour in The Gustav Vigeland Sculpture Park See the highlights of Oslo: Oslo City Hall, the Akershus Fortress, the Parliament, the Royal Palace among others. The tour ends in the remarkable Vigeland park. The Park is the largest sculpture park made by one single artist in the world and it is Gustav Vigeland's (1869 - 1943) lifework with more than 200 sculptures in bronze, granite and wrought iron.

The Munch Museum

Walking tour in Old Oslo and along the historic river Akerselven
Walking tour from the hotel through the picturesque part of Old Oslo and along the river “Akerselven”. We recommend solid shoes. We will take a stop at the charming hut “Hønse-Lovisa” for coffee and waffle. The tour ends in the trendy area of “Grünerløkka”. Optional return to the hotel by bus.

The Vigeland Park & Emanuel Vigeland Mausoleum
Enjoy a guided tour in the remarkable park with more than 200 sculptures in bronze, granite and wrought iron, continuing to the Emanuel Vigeland Mausoleum, one of Oslo’s best kept secrets. The museum's main attraction is a dark, barrel-vaulted room, completely covered with fresco paintings.

A glance at the best of Norwegian cultural heritage – The Bygdøy Museums
Guided tour to The Norwegian Museum of Cultural History, featuring the world's oldest open air museum. With collections from around the country, the museum shows how people lived in Norway from 1500 to the present. The Gol Stave Church dating from 1200 is one of five medieval buildings at the Museum. We continue to The Viking Ship Museum, displaying the worlds best preserved Viking ships containing 4 different grave finds. Most known of the Viking ships is the Oseberg Ship found in 1904. Enjoy lunch by the fjord at Restaurant Lanternen before we continue to the The Kon-Tiki Museum. This Museum houses original vessels and objects from Thor Heyerdahl’s world famous expeditions. Ferry to the city centre and return to the hotel (optional).

A day at the glassworks
Enjoy a guided tour in private motorcoach through the scenic landscape of Romerike and along the beautiful lake of Randsfjord to the Glass Factory of Hadeland. Watch the artists work and give the art of glassblowing a try! Enjoy lunch and a guided tour in the Glass Factory. There will be time for shopping before returning to Oslo.

Fjord Explorer
RIB Safari on the Oslo Fjord. Experience the fjord in a large high-speed rubber boat. Meet the nature and the elements in an exotic and thrilling way as you “fly” out seas. Lunch and guided tour in the picturesque village of Drøbak. Visit the charming shop ”The Christmas House”. Return by bus to Oslo, approximately 40 minutes.

Deadline for booking is 2 August and full pre-payment will be required. Cancellations must be forwarded to the conference coordinator in written. An administration fee of NOK 220,- will apply for cancellations received after 2 August. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
A minimum of 8 persons is required per tour.
