The quickest way to gain access to the standards you need is to select the delivery option "Print it yourself." Once you have completed your purchase, the standards you have selected to print yourself will be found on "My page". The standards are available for printing for a period of max. 72 hours. Once printing is completed, the standard will be deleted automatically from "My page".
We recommend that you use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to read and print electronic standards, available free of charge from www.adobe.com. Adobe Acrobat Reader will automatically install the necessary plug ins you need to print the first time you download a standard. Always answer "Yes" when Adobe asks if you want to install these. You will be directed to a page where you will be asked if you wish to install a Plug In from FileOpen. Press "install" to continue.
Attention! If using Adobe Reader 6 or earlier: Two plug ins for Adobe Acrobat are required to be able to receive standards electronically. The plug ins must be installed before you try to open the standard from "My Page". You can get the plugins from "My page" or www.fileopen.com under download.
