To check if you have FileOpen installed, open Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to the Help menu (Hjelp for Norwegian version) and check for "About Third-Party Plug-Ins". If this can be found in the menu, you do have FileOpen installed.
If not you need to download FileOpen. You can do so by going to fileOpen.
