The scope of TC 14 is to prepare international standards for power transformers, on-load tap-changers and reactors above 1 kVA single phase and 5 kVA polyphase.
The committee is not responsible for:
- Instrument transformers
- Testing transformers
- Traction transformers mounted on rolling stock
- Welding transformers
